Black Flag MFG – 3D File Use License Agreement
This Agreement governs your purchase and use of any 3D digital files provided by Black Flag
Manufacturing (“Black Flag MFG,” “we,” or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any 3D file
from Black Flag MFG, you agree to be bound by this License Agreement.
1. Grant of License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the licensed 3D
digital file under the conditions listed in this Agreement.
2. Permitted Uses
- 3D Print the File: You may produce unlimited physical 3D prints of the licensed model for personal or
commercial use.
- Create Your Own CAD/Mold Designs: You may use the digital file to develop CAD models, molds,
tooling, and manufacturing components.
- Sell Products You Design: You may sell finished products created using your own CAD or molds
developed from the digital file.
3. Prohibited Uses
- You may NOT share, sell, trade, publish, donate, upload, or distribute the original 3D digital file in any
form.
- You may NOT sell or distribute physical prints that are direct copies of the original scan.
- You may NOT include the digital file in product bundles or subscription services.
4. Ownership
All digital files remain the intellectual property of Black Flag MFG. You are purchasing a license to use,
not ownership of the file.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Files are provided “as is,” without any warranty. Black Flag MFG is not responsible for print outcomes,
modifications, or damages from use.
6. Termination
Your license is revoked if you violate any terms. Upon revocation, you must delete all copies of the file.
7. Agreement Acknowledgement
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this License
Agreement
